The Neapolitan Sampler

An antique reproduction cross stitch sampler from the 1800’s charted in two colorways: the aged version based on the colors from the front of the sampler and a brighter version based on the colors from the back of the sampler. The PDF chart includes both colorways and each version calls for 16 colors of DMC floss. There is a color version and a black and white version of the chart included for both colorways. The sampler measures 186 stitches wide by 129 stitches high. The aged colorway model was stitched using two strands of DMC floss over two on 32 count linen from R&R Reproductions in the color Stars Hollow Blend. The original colorway model was stitched using one strand of DMC floss over two on 36 count linen from Fox and Rabbit in the color Baked Clay.
